FAQ’s

  • We use a premium blend of natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and high-quality fragrance oils. Everything is phthalate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free—so you can breathe easy and burn happy.

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. But if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, email us and we’ll make it right.

  • Orders ship out within 3–5 business days. We use Canada Post and offer tracked shipping Canada-wide. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

  • No worries! Make sure to burn your candle long enough on the first light (2–3 hours) so the wax melts edge to edge. Always trim your wick to 1/4" before each burn to avoid tunneling and soot.
